Ash recommended shifting focus entirely to the caps. However, the brand had limited stock available. To solve this, he implemented a pre-order strategy, which generated over 50 sales in just one month — providing much-needed cash flow.
From there, Ash advised doubling down on the winning product by introducing new colourways.
